Strategic Transformation in Irans Upstream Oil Gas Sector
The event of “Strategic Transformation in Iran's Upstream Oil Gas Sector” is due to be held on 15 April 2025 at The Summit Hall of Islamic Countries Tehran Iran. In this event investment and financing opportunities for NIOCs plans and projects in various types of contractual formats will be introduced along with unlocking of more than 200 new investment opportunities for the first time.
In this event, policies and measures of NIOC to facilitate the process of awarding and implementing Upstream Oil and Gas Contracts (IPC), resolution of financing obstacles for E&P companies as provided in "The New Guidelines for Financing Upstream Oil & Gas Sector" under the "Production and Infrastructure Financing Law" and models and opportunities designed for awarding further plans and projects in the form of "Public-Private Partnership" (PPP) contracts in accordance to with article 20th of "Law of The Seventh Five-Year Development Plan of Islamic Republic of Iran".
