Legalization of Business and Commerce-related Documents

 

Procedure:

Original Documents should initially be notarized and then:

For Companies registered in Hong Kong SAR:

A- Certified by Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce: For Business registration, Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum and etc.

B- Ceritfied by High Court (Apostille): For Power of Attorney

    

For Companies registered in Taiwan (all sort of documents):

Certified by Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan and then Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Hong Kong.

     

 Required Documents

1-Original Documents that have been approved by the mentioned authorities.

2-Payment slip for the Legalization Fee.

3- Passport copy of the assignor of the "Power of Attorney"

4- Business Registration or Certificate of Registration of the companies based in Hong Kong or Taiwan. 

     

Payment:

The corresponding fees for the consular services shall be paid in cash at the bank counter or via ATM or Cash Deposit Machines to the following account to the order of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran:

  • Hong Kong Dollar A/C NO: 012-884-00107500

  •  Bank of China (Hong Kong)

    
Notes:

  • Payment Slips should indicate name of the applicant or the Company.

  • Payments could be deposited into the above account max. 72 hours before submission of the application. 

  • No fee can be refunded.
